Crash is an instant messaging app that allows users to temporarily interrupt their friends and family’s mobile activities. Like showing up to someone’s party uninvited and unannounced, you can Crash in on them…by way of messaging.

 Simply put, the idea for the Crash app came from one mom’s annoyance with her children, both teenagers, not hearing her whenever she called them. At times she would either have to scream at the top of her lungs to get their attention or literally be two feet away from them where they could physically see her. Like many, they were using headphones while listening to music or watching videos with the volume set to the highest setting possible. So, she thought that it would be great to just interrupt whatever they’re doing so that they’d get her message instantly.
